Document Description
The project would have capacity for approximately 270 students in grades K through 12 and would operate on a traditional school year calendar. School facilities would include an administration/library media center building; a gymnasium/cafeteria building; an elementary classroom building with adjacent hardcourt play areas; a high school classroom building with adjoining hardcourt area; a auto/woodshop building; and amphitheater; and a turf play area/athletic field. Two on-site parking lots would be provided adjacent to H Street, each with student loading zones. A bus loading/unloading zone would be provided on H Street. Gates and fencing would secure all areas of the school. Community use of the school would be promoted with access available for community events during non-school hours.
