Document Description
Construction of a new 11,677 square foot independent school complex for grades pre-kindergarten through sixth grade on an existing vacant 3.46-acre site. The complex would consist of two classroom buildings, an administration and library building, preschool and kindergarten building, and after school care building. The school would serve approximately 192 students. A total of 31 surface parking spaces are proposed. The proposed project is located on the north side of Broadway, between Scimitar Drive and Klauber Avenue, within the Encanto Neighborhood of the Southeastern San Diego Community Planning Area.
