Document Description
Proposes to develop 2.42 acres into three parcels ranging in size from 0.62 to 0.90 net acres, with a 0.50-acre minimum lot size. An existing home is located on-site on proposed parcel 2. The remaining two lots will be developed with single-family homes and accessed through new driveways.
