Document Description
The proposed project consists of constructing an elementary school on a 12-acre parcel, including three 7,200-square-foot, 6-classroom pods; two 4,200-square-foot 3-classroom pods; an office/library of approximately 4,500 square feet; an adminstrative and multipurpose building of approximately 7,500 square feet; a multi-use trail; three apparatus playgrounds; four paved basketball courts; two soccer fields; two parking lots; and a driveway connecting the north side of the campus with the south side of the campus. The proposed school would serve approximately 800 students in kindergarten through sixth grade and would employ 40 to 50 teachers and adminstration staff. Nighttime lighting would be requried for buildings and parking lots. Construction would take place from September 8, 2003 through July 9, 2004.
