Installation and operation of an approximately 23,000 foot-long recycled water pipeline, a recycled water pump station (with a 200 HP pump) and a 500,000 gallon storage tank. These facilities will serve irrigation need for Mailbu Golf Course. The pipeline will be constructed for the most part in an existing right-of-way (Westlake Boulevard/Decker Road (Highway 23) and Mulholland High Way).
