Document Description
The construction of a new 10,950 square foot Skate Park at Veterans Park located at 22400 Moneta Avenue in the City of Carson. The Skate Park would be constructed on the north side of Veterans Park. Approximately 20 parking spaces would be lost from construction of the project; however, the City has entered into an agreement with Caroldale Elementary School to allow for the use of a schoolyard area for additional parking. The proposed improvements for the Skate Park would include a new parking lot and various skate ramp facilities. Minor landscaping improvements would also be included.
