Document Description
The expansion of an existing senior citizen and handicapped adult senior activity center. The expansion will provide approximately 13,044 square feet of new building area, for a total of approximately 26,290 square feet of building area. It will also include the addition of approximately 78 parking spaces (total of 176 spaces). The facility currently contains indoor and outdoor recreational facilities. The proposal will add fitness, craft and multi-purpose facilities to the site.
