Document Description
The project proposes a mixed-use development of estate residential, agricultural, recreational, and open space uses through a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Specific Plan and Tentative Map. The GPA and Rezone propose to change the existing land designations to (21) Specific Plan Land Use Designation and S88 Specific Plan Use Regulations with an overall density of 0.34 dwelling units per acre and a minimum lot size of 1 acre. The project currently proposes to build 184 single-family residential lots over five phases. The project also proposes to continue agricultural production within a 187-acre separate agricultural open space lot and within private residential lots. Recreational uses would include a neighborhood park and a system of hiking and equestrian trails that will connect between the regional trail systems of Lakeside and Crest through the Crestridge Conservation Bank area.
