The proposed project is repair of an eroded section of Moran Lake around a culvert that begins at East Cliff Drive and ends at the lake in Live Oak. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0127 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, John Swenson/Santa Cruz County Public Works Department.
