Present Land Use
The project site is currently zoned A-2-10 (Heavy Agriculture with a 10-acre minimum lot size) and A-2-5 (Heavy Agriculture with a 5-acre minimum lot size). The project site is located within the Jurupa Community Plan, as designated by the current General Plan. The land use designation for the site is Agricultural/Development Reserve (AG/Dev R).
Tentative tact Map No. 29677 would subdivide 105.4-acre into 1 open space lot and 428 single family residential losts with lot size of 6,500 square feet. Related County applications include: Change Zone No. 6595 which would change the zoning on the project site from A-2-10 (Heavy Agriculture, 10 acre minimum) and A-2-5 (Heavy Agriculture, 5 acre minimum) to R-4 (Planned Residential); General Plan Amendment No. 570 which would change the Riverside Couny Jurupa Community Plan Land Use Allocation Map designation on the subject site from "Agricultural Development Reserve: to "Category 2B".
