Document Description
Precise development plan to allow the development of a corporation yard and transportation facility. The intent is to establish contractor's storage yard with offices and truck/equipment repair facilities, for a large volume refuse collection service. The site is an undeveloped, 6.81 acre parcel. The project includes: (a) 7500-square feet of office space; (b) truck and equipment maintenance, repair, and washing facilities, which will include a 4000 square-foot shop; (c) above ground fueling tanks; (d) parking for 76 vehicles, and (e) outdoor storage for 62 trailers and "rolloff" waste collection boxes. The operation involves the pick-up of primarily construction and industrial waste which is transported directly to specified facilities/landfills and off-loaded. Short term storage of these waste materials will occur occasionally when off-loading facilities are unavailable. No friable asbestos; or putrescible, hazardous, or specified waste will be stored at this site. Additionally, no sandblasting or painting activities will occur at this site.
