Document Description
Site Development permit and a request for the release of Hud economic development initiative special project grant program funds in the amount of $4.9 million, to construct a new, approximately 111,100-square-foot three-story convalescent care/skilled nursing facility building over a single-level subterranean parking garage, on a 1.7-acre site. The first floor would include a 39-bed medical surgical unit. The second and third floors would include 47 skilled nursing beds and 12 sub-acute care beds. The subterranean parking level would provide 70 spaces. The proposed project is located at 3020 Children's Way on the Children's Hospital campus in the Sierra Mesa Community Plan area. Legal Description: Lot 1 of Map No. 12901, City and County of San Diego.
