Caltrans proposes to improve the drainage capacity of San Mateo Creek at the U.S. 101/3rd Avenue interchange by removing existing structures, constructing new bridges and modifying the channel to handle increased flows. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0086 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. Keyhan Moghbel.
