Document Description
The Coliseum Center project would consist of 63,500 square feet of retail uses and a parking lot with access off of Crenshaw Boulevard and Coliseum Street. A portion of the one-way frontage road between Crenshaw Boulevard and the existing properties would be vacated and included as part of the proposed project. Demolition of existing on-site uses that once supported the Holiday Bowl bowling alley and Majestic Pontiac car dealership would be required. The project would preserve Historic-Cultural Monument No. 688, the facade and architecutural treatment of the restaurant/cafe portion of the bowling alley.
