Document Description
A Surface Mining Permit and Reclamation Plan to excavate and process sand and gravel (and possible gold recovery) and to operate concrete and asphalt mixing plants and recycling plants on a 280-acre site with reclamation to a lake surrounded by riparian habitat. Total mineral production from the site is expected to be approximately 15 million tons, with an annual production ranging from 250,000 to 1,000,000 tons. It is proposed that the project will be implemented over a period of 20 years.
