Document Description
An Addendum to the Final EIR for the Costco Froom Ranch EIR certified by the City Council on November 4, 2003, to document changes to Mitigation Measure TR/mm-2a regarding the timing of the Calle Joaquin realignment improvements and financial guarantees to the City that the work is ultimately completed. The modifications to the above referenced mitigation measure did not necessitate the preparation of a Supplemental EIR. The Council considered no other changes to the previously certified EIR.
