Document Description
Costco has filed an application to develop approximately 33 acres of land with approximately 282,000 square feet of commercial uses and related site improvements. The project will include a 140,000 square foot Costco Wholesale store with tire sales and installation, and gas pumps for the sale of gas to the public. In addition, approximately 142,000 square feet of general commercial uses in multiple buildings is proposed on two additional parcels fronting Los Osos Valley Road.
