Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2002-52 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Beazer Homes. The project consists of filling a small unnamed tributary and associated wetland associated with the development of a 77 home subdivision. Mitigation credits will be purchased. The lead agency adopted an EIR for entire Antelope Hills 33 General Plan Amendment and Subdivision Map.
