To amend the McLaughlin Mine Reclamation Plan to reclaim the tailings disposal facility as a zero discharge impoundment with wetlands and grassland habitat. This project is a change from the 1983 Reclamation Plan that called for the tailings to be dewatered and covered by a landfill type cover.
