Document Description
The applicant proposes the following four projects: Project 1 involves upgrading an existing crossing on a class II watercourse. Project 2 involves installing a drain in a wet area on an access road to a domestic water intake. Project 3 involves diverting water to a 5000 gallon tank adjacent the existing seasonal road approximately 50-feet from a class II watercourse. Project 4 involves installing a temporary or permanent bridge crossing the South Fork Eel River. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-1008 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Douglas Mallory, Campbell Timberland Management.
