Document Description
The applicant proposes two projects: channel restoration along a Class II watercourse associated with an abandoned landing area, and equipment crossing of a Class I watercourse (Snuffins Creek). 1)Area B: Class I watercourse equipment crossing, which will involve excavator, backhoe, dump truck, and tractor equipment crossing of Snuffins Creek (Class I watercourse) to conduct road and crossing abandonment work in Area B. 2)Area B: the removal of approximately 100 cubic feet of perched fill along a seasonal Class II watercourse in a landing area (to be abandoned), which will involve use of an excavator, backhoe, dump truck, and tractor. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-1020 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Ramaley.
