The applicant proposes the following four projects: Projects 1-3 involve the installation of rocked fords in relic Class II watercourse crossings. Project 4 involves drafting water for the purpose of dust abatement from a small reservoir that is adjacent to a Class II watercourse. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-0740 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Douglas Mallory, Campbell Timberland Management.
