The applicant proposes projects involvoing 1)Water Drafting Site: drafting from the active channel on a Class I watercourse (North Fork Navarro River) with an existing rock road approach. 2) Area A: Installation of a rock ford on a Class II watercourse at a new seasonal road crossing. 3) Area E: The removal of perched fill along channel of a Class II watercourse associated with an in-stream landing (to be abandoned). 4) Crossing #4: The removal of an inside ditch culvert and realignment of Class II watercourse at original channel location and installation of a rock ford (change from rolling dip) at existing road crossing. 5) Crossing #6: The removal of an inside ditch culvert and realignment of Class II watercourse to original channel location and installation of a rock ford (change from rolling dip) at existing road crossing. 6) Crossing #8: The removal of perched fill along channel of a Class II watercourse associated with an in-stream landing and seasonal road section (to be abandoned). 7) Crossing #10: The removal of a culvert and perched fill along a Class I watercourse at a seasonal road crossing (to be abandoned). 8) Crossing #11: The removal of a boiler pipe culvert and perched fill along a Class I watercourse at an existing seasonal road crossing ( to be abandoned). 9) Crossing #12: The removal of perched fill along channel of a Class II watercourse and Class III watercourse associated with an in-stream landing and seasonal road crossing (to be abandoned). The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 2001-1015, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game code to the project applicant, John Ramaley, Mendocino Redwoods Company, LLC.
