Document Description
Execution of license agreement with Lahontan Regional Water Control Board for the purpose of temporary placement of an extraction water pipeline. The pipeline will be carring water contaminated with gasoline from a location offsite to a gas station also located offsite for treatment. Inspections will be conducted to monitor these temporary activities. The applicable TRPA and Lahontan permits are required to ensure protection of environment.
