Metropolitan has determined that the ownership of Metropolitan parcels 1400-2A-1 and 3 ( portion) is surplus to Metropolitan's needs and can be disposed of without adversely affecting Metropolitan's operations or foreseeable requirements. Therefore, Metropolitan proposes the sale and transfer of ownership of the surplus 9.335-acre property to prescribed public agencies at a sale price of its fair market vaule.
