Document Description
Install a climate control system (HVAC) in the Papini and Thomas house museums. The project includes the installation of a propane tank, screening fence, trenching for the gas line, electrical service to the HVAC unit to be located in the attic, ducting, insulation, condenser unit, etc. for each house. The project will protect artifacts and furniture from damage by temperature and humidity changes. All excavation will be monitored by DPR qualified archeologist.
