Document Description
The operator proposes to finish the construction of a wire mesh fence along an unnamed tributary to Arroyo Seco on his property at 5500 Victoria Lane in Livermore, Alameda County. The new 4 foot high fence, being built along the southern property boundary, will be constructed out of 2x4-inch wire mesh and will replace approximately 300 feet of horse fence. Steel posts of 2-inch diameter and concrete footings of 9-inch diameter will be placed 22 inches below ground level and 10 feet on center. Approximately 6 to 8 fence posts have not yet been set in concrete. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration agreement Number R3-2000-1178 pursuant to Fish and Game code section 1603.
