Document Description
Trimming of overhanging vegetation (including willows) along the exterior of the creek to within a three (3) foot buffer zone between the cultivated field and the creek. The vegetation will be trimmed from ground level up to a height of up to ten (10) feet. A few small willows, no more than four (4) feet high will be removed from shallow areas of the stream channel. Only hand tools will be used to trim branches, and removal of willows in the creek will be done by hand. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0628 pursuant to Fish and Game code 1603.
