Document Description
The operator proposes to install a 36 inch pipe from State Highway 29, down the northern dirt shoulder of Chaix Lane, St. Helena, Napa County, and ultimately discharging at an existing outfall location on the southern edge of Chaix Lane where it terminates on the banks of the Napa River. The current discharge point is scoured and eroding. The operator proposes to install the 36 inch pipe diagonal across the road and install filter fabric, and approximately 210 square feet of 1/2 ton rock slope protection at the outfall location. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0173 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
