Project consists of the repair and restoration of a historical resource in a manner consistent with the Secreatry of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitation, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer, and the construction of a limited number of new, small facilities (ADA partner seating areas and paths).
