Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of partitioning License 2805 issued September 14, 1945 to reflect change in ownership and location of diversion points. The construction of Interstate 5 around 1977 required the relocation of points of diversion to allow continued irrigation of the property. Land use and total water diverted from the source will not change. The property has been continuously farmed for over 60 years.
