Document Description
Applicant, Bill Keller, proposes to construct a crossing of an ephemeral stream tributary to Carriger Creek to access a house in the Diamond, a subdivision near Sonoma, Sonoma County. The project is located in Assessor's Parcel Number 064-080-029. The project includes installation of a 60-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert approximately 61 feet long, and approximately 50 feet of rock rip-rap to stabilize the bed of the stream upstream and downstream of the culver. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0956 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
