Document Description
Big Green Productions, Inc./Universal Pictures, Inc. will be granted a permit to film a portion of "The Incredible Hulk" movie at Hedrick Pond Campground, through the California Film Commission. The duration of this project will be 35 days (April 15-May 24) A prefabricated cabin and a rock facade will be placed within the main parking area and entrance to Hedrick Pond Campground. Tulare County plans on keeping the roads closed until May 20 to facilitate this project. A driving scene on a portion of the County Road will also be part of this project. No excavation or vegetation cutting will be permitted. The production company expects to have approximately 25-175 individuals involved with this project. Approximately 90 vehicles will also be involved with this project. The entire project is expected to be completed before the Memorial Day weekend, which is generally the start of the camping season. Special affects on site will consist of rain and fog. The fog machine is a water based prop. A balloon light and/or camera filled with helium maybe used on this project. In the event of deflation, electrical power is automatically shut off in the electronic box. All paints or other chemicals for touch up work on props will be non-toxic and non-hazardous substances.
