Transfer ownership of a vacant parcel of land, approximately 12,642 square feet from the City of San Francisco, excluding a 1,160 square foot portion. The vacant site is fully paved and is being used as a parking lot; adjacent to a State owned building on the corner of Franklin Street and Goldern Gate Avenue.The transfer will return Parcel B to State ownership, after a short period of ownership by the City and County of San Francisco.
