Alter the streambed to widen the Memory Lane bridge crossing of the Santa Ana River from a four-lane bridge to a six-lane bridge to include three through-traffic lanes in each direction. The existing bridge structure is approximately 82.3 meters (270 feet long and 20.0 meters (65.5 feet) wide. The project will widen the existing bridge deck by approximately 8.0 meters (26 feet)on the east end. SAA # R5-2001-0168
