- Project consists of the removal/abandonment of 4 grease trap vents in previously altered/re-structured historic buildings (decreasing their significance) currently in use as restaurants, and the installation of 2 grease 1500 gallon grease interceptors in their place. Project will involve excavation and trenching in previously disturbed ground within a historic district, in the area of suspected cultural sites, and boring through file in the flooring in one of the structures. All materials will be replaced in kind to Secretary of Interior standards for historic structures, and an archeologist will monitor all excavations.

(class 4f) Project is limited to maintenance, repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, restoration, preservation, conservation or reconstruction of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. (class 31)
