Document Description
The California Department of Transportation will install approximately 500 lineal feet of culvert, replacing a roadisde ditch adjacent to highway 101, at the east end of Jacobs Avenue adjacent to Airport Road, to allow for widening of the road shoulder of the northbound lanes of the highway. The project represents a minor alteration to an existing highway involving no expansion in capacity of use, and will have no significant effect on the environment.
