The operator proposes annual routine maintenance of a 300 foot section of drainage ditch flowing into Bockman Canal at 2600 Grant Avenue, San Lorenzo, Alameda County. The 300 foot section of ditch runs south from Grant Avenue to the fence at the end of the building. The operator proposes to remove vegetation and human generated debris from the drainage ditch to maintain water flow. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agrement Number R3-2002-0091 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
