The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Brian Merrill representing California State Parks, North Coast Redwoods District. The project proposes to decommission three miles of abandoned service and skid roads and remove fill material from eleven dry stream crossings in the Humboldt State Redwoods Park on Connick, Teepee, and South Fork Squaw Creeks, Tributaries to the Eel River, Humboldt County.
