Document Description
The project would make changes and install new equipment at the Valero refinery to: allow the refinery to process lower grades of crude oil and gas oil; allow the refinery to switch between crude oil and gas oil as desired; and optimize operations for efficient production. The project would include an increase in crude processing capacity and installation of a scrubber to reduce sulfer dioxide emissions below current levels.
