The project will include: monument and entry signing (the entry sign will be up to 8 feet in height and less than 20 feet wide and located on the College of the Redwoods property at the north entrance, a second directional sign will be 8 feet by 8 feet located on the west side of Tompkins Hill Road), parking areas, an ADA accessible bus stop, various garden areas, fences and gates, landscaping, an 8,456 square foot, one-story (18' high) entry building (housing restrooms, ticket sales, coffee shop, gift shop, library, office space and storage), a one-story maintenance yard building up to up to 2,500 square feet in size, a 4,000 square foot, 24 feet high glass greenhouse, a maximum 1,000 square foot storage building and 3,000 square foot covered shade structure in the propagation garden, footpaths and walking trails, maintenance yard with serveral existing storage shed buildings and a lookout.
