Document Description
The project consists of the Sewerage Facilities Expansion Master Plan for County Sanitation District 1 of Sacramento County (CSD-1), which identifies modifications to the sewer conveyance system and service area. The Master Plan is broad based and addresses: policy issues; improvements to the existing sewer system to alleviate deficiencies; and sewer and trunk expansions to accommodate new development areas. There are no project level proposals in the Master Plan. Instead the Master Plan shows alignment corridors for improvements and expansions and addresses the following basic policy issues:
- Pipe design criteria
- Overall system configuration
- Capital Improvement Program development; and
- Technical considerations.
