Document Description
The Lassen Lodge Hydroelectric Project proposes to divert between 10 and 100 cubic feet per second from the South Fork of Battle Creek for the generation of hydroelectric power. The proposed project consists of a 5-foot high, 80-foot long diversion structure, located near the old Highway 36 bridge. Water would be transported through a 19,200-foot long buried low pressure pipeline 42 inches in diameter. Water would then move through a 12,000-foot long high pressure 36 inch steel penstock to a powerhouse and associated substation. Access roads and pipeline alignments will also be constructed.
