Document Description
Approval of a final map subdivision of a 2.8 acre parcel into two parcels of 1.8 acres (Parcel 1) and 1.0 acres (Parcel 2) to be served by community water and on-site sewage disposal system. Proposed Parcel 1 is undeveloped and proposed Parcel 2 is developed with two residential units consisting of a house and a mobile home. The parcel to be divided is the remainder of a previous subdivison (PMS-22-93) which created four parcels and a remainder. The current subdivision is considered a major subdivision under section 66426 of the Subdivision Map Act.
