Sempra Communications has submitted a proposal developing a Telecommunications program intended to be a guide for planning and implementing telecommunication infrastructure and providing services to customers in primarily urbanized areas throughout 15 counties in California using state-of-the-art fiber optic cable technology. As a Program Environmental Impact Report, the report does not focus on a specific project or projects, but instead present reasonable assumptions about the overall types and levels of activities that Sempra Communications could undertake under the proposed CPCN within an identified project area.
