Document Description
Proposed 2,976 square fot Circle K mini-mart building and a 76 Gas Stattion with six fueling stations (total of 12 fueling positions) under a proposed 4,000 square foot canopy. This project includes three proposed underground fuel storage tanks and underground piping to the dispensingpumps, on-site parking and landscaping (with irrigation), on-site under canopy lighting and bulding lighting, enclosed trash enclosure and development of a joint-access easement along the southern property boundary. An existing power transformer will be relocated as part of the project. The subject property was modified through the approval process of a Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA00-35) on May 16, 2000. The applicant proposes a single free-standing sign meeting the Commercial zone district requirements (50-foot maximum height, 80-square feet of sign area).
