Document Description
The proposed City-initiated park project will expand the existing ten acre Centerville Community Park onto an adjacent ten acre undeveloped parcel. In addition to the existing facilities, the proposed improvements will include turf and play areas, two parking lots, bocce-ball courts, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, a small outdoor seating area, a restroom structure, and associated pathways and lighting. The proposed addition would approximately double the size of the existing park.
