Rule 454-Degreasing Operations is being amended to require non-vapor degreasers to use solvents with a VOC content of 50 grams per liter or less. The amendments also include operation requirements applicable to remote reservoir cleaners. Rule 466-Solvent Cleaning is a new rule that requires general cleaning to be performed by materials that contain less than 50 grams per liter VOC's as applied, and includes other requirements for cleaning eletrical and electronic apparatus components architectural application equipment, and adhesive application equipment.
