Caltrans proposes to replace Cottonwood Creek Bridge (No 46-80) and realign the road approaching the bridge on State Route 245 from kilometer posts 25.7 to 26.9 (post mile 16.0 to 16.7), north of Woodlake in Tulare County, California. The bridge will be built to allow for current permit loads with standard shoulders and addresses bridge scour concerns.`
