The subject parcel is zoned R-R-B-40 (Rural Residential Agricultural with 5 acre minimum parcel size) and AG-2-B-40 (Non-Prime Agricultural, with 40 acre minimum parcel size) and the proposed zone change would be to R-R-B2.5 (Rural Residential agricultural with 2.5 acre minimum parcel size).
